Review Of Super Hotel O Dera Bassi Ambala-Chandigarh Road

MMT is sleeping, I haven't checked in this so called hotel dera O Bassi.... and MMT is asking about my stay experience , how you knew about my stay there it is really shameful on part of MMT इतने घटिया होटल में stay का ऑफर देने के लिए और जब मैं रुका भी नहीं वहां और रिफंड के लिए कॉल करने पर MMT ने कुछ नहीं किया और ना ही मुझे पैसे रिफंड किए.... if it was happened in any progressive, forward country then on account of services default MMT should have faced severe consequences for sure , but here you are going to do nothing shame on you

The hotel room is clean and staff is very friendly. There is good facilities as Air conditioned room

i wish i never booked this hotel. smelly and dirty rooms. Hotel owner is very rude. No ameties or refund provided by Hotel or MMT. after all of this drama i booked same date another hotel because MMT doesn't provide any solution till date

Dirty rooms, including stained and unwashed sheets. Unhelpful, rude, or unprofessional staff. Staff who are unconcerned about guest issues or complaints.
