I have booked the room on MMT (including GST) and I had mentioned only me as Guest in booking details. But there was a change in plan. So I checked in with my husband. They asked me to pay extra 3000 Rs for my husband. I dont understand why extra is needed for a room with double seater occupancy. Even if needed, how extra 3000 is required for 2nd person for a room with base price

Before entering the property we mentioned them that please keep the room ready but when we reached they have not even changed the bed sheet , pillow covers everything was dirty , even I saw cockroach running on my bed then they changed it hut that’s also not that clean

The rooms are good to stay but the washrooms need a relook. Latches in broken condition. Shower not working properly and pillow covers were in torn condition. Only good thing is food quality was good and the ac was working fine.

I checked in on 13th of august 2024 in room no 107( premium category) but to my surprise it was dirty. Bed sheet and pillows were pale and dirty. Foul smell was emanating from room. When i called at reception and told them about all this their response was very poor and they said that it was due to monsoon season. Toilet seat had filth in it and it was cleaned when i told them to do. They even did not care to provide water unless asked for. It was very pathetic and honestly speaking even dharamshalas are better than this hotel. No proper parking space is there. I had to park my vehicle in nearby open space. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room size is very small. No dedicated parking space. You have to park in the nearby open plot. No cctv for parked cars. Food is decent. But not before 8am.

Pathetic dinner, dish they served were staled completely. Room were smelly and bathroom condition were horrible, not cleaned properly.

Greetings, You stayed for 2 days right. Also, from the very first day you wanted to cancel this booking. But it was online booking and also not refundable. You literly shouted us to refund because you wanted to stay in another city.Also, we made a dispenser test and shown it to you. okay. You burnt our mattress with smoke bud. And when we asked for penalty, you suddenly said that you dispenser is full of urine.
