Excellent stay. Good and courteous staff. Stayed here for third time. Rooms are well maintained and stay was comfortable.

The saras hotel was average and the food was not up to the mark. The service and staff was good and friendly but a lot improvement should be there especially in terms of food. During the day 3-4 times there was a power cut and also the washrooms were okayish and needs to be improved

Rooms were old and smelling, A.C not functioning well, power back up takes 10 minutes, no A.C if electricity is gone (4-5) hours, no a.c in dining area, over priced

Location and room size was good. Bathroom not that good. Toilet z valve and flush not proper. Marriage party was planned at night that continued till early morning with very very loyd noises. Cant sleep at all. This was not at all professional

This is a up govt. Hotel. Hotel is just next to the main road. This road is very busy. The whole night i was not able to sleep because of the noise. Rest rooms and washrooms are ok.

Ok my stay in saras hotel rabareilly is very great i like the hotel's hospitality everything is on top. Staff members were well mannered and the food was also good they maintain proper cleanliness. Hotel is in centre of city everything was top notch and it is budget friendly

One of the worst experiences. 1. No ac backup 2. No power supply for almost 4 hours. My guest had to sit outside of the hotel. 3. If you book the hotel for an hour for mid way quick stop, you have to pay for the number of people who are travel-ling and just need an hour to freshen up. 4. No mention on portal that there is no ac supply during power backup. 5. Over priced for all offerings.

Due to some serious emergency i was asking for early check out from mmt, i was not allowed and was forced to stay at saras raebarelly. It was not the hotel that caused harassment, it was mm t that caused acute mental torture to me by denying the fully justifiable refund.

Lot of mosquitoes. Other things are good. Pillows can be better. Good food options are available. Food prices are decent
