Review Of Hotel pleasant view

The rooms in the hotel aren’t very clean. The walls and the ceiling were paint stripped. The staff wasn’t very accommodating and welcoming. Wasn’t a very comfortable stay

Drainage block in bathroom, hot water was not proper, spitting on walls, paid extra for bed but blanket was not provided, others room noise was heard in my room, bed was making noise, cab service contact also not provided Food service was good

Pleasant staying overnight, very neat and clean bed and bedding. Bathroom doesn’t supply warm water though hotel executive agrees. Didn’t order any food

When I entered the room, I just called to place a food order. They told me my order would arrive in my room within 20 minutes, but it didn’t arrive. Even after 40 minutes, it still hadn’t come. When I was checking out an hour later, I finally received my order at the reception

I recently stayed at this hotel. The room was just okay—not great, but not bad either. The amenities were decent and met expectations. However, I was disappointed that the complimentary breakfast, which was clearly included at the time of booking, was not provided during my stay. This was one of the reasons I chose the hotel, and there was no explanation or alternative offered. Overall, the stay was average. If the hotel had honored what was promised, the experience would have been much better.

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Hotel Pleasant View. The overall experience was great — the room service was prompt and efficient, and I got an excellent deal through MakeMyTrip, which made the stay even more worthwhile. The food was delicious. We ordered veg biryani, veg fried rice, and veg Manchurian — the Manchurian was especially my favorite. The biryani also came with complimentary raita and salad, which was a nice touch. There are a couple of areas that could be improved — the toilets could have been cleaner, and a few rooms may need some maintenance due to regular wear and tear. That said, the housekeeping was reliable — the bed sheets and pillowcases were changed daily, and the tea/coffee amenities were replenished every day, which was appreciated. I have booked breakfast additionally with room, but very limited menu for guest who were staying at hotel, even water is also chargeable.

The property is near the railway station and points from where one can get a bus, don't expect much from the outside locality of the hotel. Food that you will order has good quality however complimentary breakfast will not fail to disappoint you in terms of taste, service, timings and options

Firstly, when we checked in, rooms look ok but when we check washroom, toilet seats were dirty and had patches of spitting of paan masala. I asked the manager for this, but they said all seats are like that on that floor and we need to move to the 4th floor where the toilet seats were ok but the rooms were not finished and doesn't have all the facilities as compared to the 3rd floor room. We have kids with us so we managed somehow, next day we need to fight for hot water and room service also. All these had wasted our multiple hours and we were just struggling for the good service as expected for this price of room. Very bad experience. I will not recommend this hotel due to its pathetic management and average service.

There we faced the problem of reception and sanitation. The need more training to be modest humble receptive and respectful to the guests in addition to being prompt sincere and careful.
