The stay is too costly. I paid around 4000 and it was not even worth a thousand rupees. I left immediately after checkin within an hour as it was too bad. The staff had no decency either and were roaming with just a towel. No

Poor Stay

The property is poorly maintained with no hygiene standards. Toilet is disgusting without cleaning, toilet seats are broken apart, no soaps provided and even no proper lighting in side. Don't even think about having a bottle of drinking water in the room. Not even worth to pay rs 1, 000/

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Without cleaning we won't give it to our customers. Before checkin anyone can check and change the room if required. We provide one free sealed water bottle to every room. Soap and towel will be provided by the service boy with a single call through intercom. Anyway thanks for your review. Short stay for a wedding function

I went there for a wedding. Compared to the service and facility it wasn’t value for money and a bit costly. Room is not well maintained. AC was not working. All the staff persons were not professional and they were all sleeping when I reached there. It seemed that they weren't expecting us. It was a very basic washroom. No shower, European toilet and a basin in the corner. Only good thing was the hotel seemed safe. About the transport I would say it is easily accessible. From railway station it takes 4-5 minutes to reach the hotel and bus stand is also nearby. It is in centre of the city on the highway only.

You stated that AC was not working, if you informed in the reception they will surely change your room or rectify the issue. And coming to service boys, they may sleep (between 12 am to 5:30 am) in the late-night but not in the morning. And we have showers in all our bathrooms with hot water.
