Review Of Hotel sai inn

Service not upto mark got irritated in night we dont have these that. Needs improvised staff was cranky then later on everything went well

No house keeping, tv not working, room lighting not proper, switches are not near bed, no mirror in bathroom. It's worst then lodges

The hotel was okay. The toilet reeked of foul smell and was quite poorly painted. The room was fine. The toilets really need to be renovated. There were frequent power cuts. The hotel is located in a silent neighborhood with proximity to koregaon park and amanora. The relatively cheaper rates made it an average experience. Nothing else to add. It would be great if the toilets are renovated at the earliest.

Firstly the number given to contact arr wrong. First number is a wrong number and second one the guy no longer works there. I had to contact the customer care to get the late check in which was promised by the number given by mmt site. One staff was rude and behaved like as if it was my fault he cudnt connect to me over phone. The tv was not working and there was nothing from the part of hotwl to correct it. They say 3 star hotel amenities. Probably they might not know what a star hotel is

Stay was little bit disappointing as first of all it was not easy to find location. There was drastic network issue i faced. Also the pictures shown earlier was different in place. Thanks. I'll rate the stay 2 out of 5. Have to maintain good network. And have to be pure if you are sharing property pictures because according to that we are booking it.
