Great location value and clean !
coupleLocation very closed to imagica. Clean rooms, spacious super delux rooms can even occupy 2 families, balcony, decent bar in hotel. Great cost effective choice for imagica stay.

Nice hotel in this price range
If your budget is low and you are looking for a good hotel nearby imigicaa then this is a good choice for you. The actual check-in time is 11 am but we reached there early. They allowed us to check in early in the morning at 8:30 am without any charges.

No hot water, some staff people are good, but other persons to negligent. Stay overall good, but hotwater switch stopped by morning, even escalated no use.

The room was cozy and the staff was courteous. The bathroom was clean. The ac was effective. It is at walkable distance from imagica.

Not worth the money
We stayed there after coming back from imagica water park all tired but couldn't even take a shower as the water was yellow in color. Add to that while we were asleep electricity went out 4 times. P. S: food was okay.

Even though the staff was helpful, the services were not worth the price. We stayed in 2 rooms and none of the acs were working. No lifts in hotel which should be a must.

Worst experience ever
Over priced property with zero amenities and zero customer satisfaction. We never has such a disappointing stay before. You have to call flt-he reception for every facility which is meant to be self serviced. First hotel where you have to ask for towel and water which are kept in the room before/ on arrival of the customer. The hotel has no water mugs to serve water inside the room, either buy a bottle from them or fill your bottle from the "non thermal" water container kept in the lobby. The exhaust of the bathrooms are disconnected from the electric supply and the ac of the quads-haring room isn't sufficient to cool the entire room.

Great location, but noisy
Location is great, very close to imagica bathroom is great. However, the hotel is noisy. Lots of noise in corridors and other rooms. The door could as well have been made of cardboard. It is totally on effective. We had a very disturbed sleep as a result. The hotel management needs to address this. There are several noise insulation options available in the market. Aman, the hotel helper was fantastic. Very helpful.

Hygiene
Toilets were not properly cleaned and there were no extra switch board to charge mobiles/devices. Other things were ok.

Location was good. Rooms were low.

Good property apart from few issues
Stay was fine, rooms are spacious and clean. Its just diagonal opposite of imagica gate, hardly 100 meters away. Ac was good. Tv available but dish tv wasn't recharged. No wifi available at property. Shower was not working. Toilet flush was barely working so had to use bucket to pour water in wc. There was electricity fluctuations, went at-least 4-5 times but they had good generator backup so it used to take hardly 2 mints to start everything again. Price is bit higher but not too much options available nearby.
