It was a terrible space I also asked for direct cancellation but my check in was already done the rooms were stinky lights very not working no staff was attending us a horrible experience

It was worst experience food was not good rooms were not good even proper lights were not there towels were dirty

No cleaning, no supporting staff, food no good no provided proper service

Very Bad Experience – Not Worth Staying I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Harshali Residency, Khopoli. The room was dirty, the blanket was not clean, and the washroom was unhygienic. The water supply was very slow, and there were frequent power cuts — the lights kept going on and off. There was absolutely no room service or staff support during my stay. On top of that, the hotel is still under construction, which made the environment noisy and uncomfortable. This place is not at all as shown in the pictures I would not recommend anyone to stay here until they improve their basic facilities and cleanliness.

No hygiene no proper room service no phone calls to reception because of no telephone service, have to wait for hot water..someone gave me personal number if i need anything so that i can call to that number and sometimes nobody receives my calls..one guy handle all hotel his name is anand

Not at all a good hotel, rooms not properly cleaned/Maintained, no room service, even the TV was not working. AC made a lot of noise. It is like a roadside lodge.

The worst managed hotel. The room smells weird and the AC water leaks inside the room. The linens are not washed and it smells very bad. Stay away from this hotel

Dumbest hotel manager i have seen till now ac was not working in one room and asked us to adjust saying it will work it will work for 2-3 hour, after a lot of fighting hs finally agreed to switch room and giving us argument like we came one day late and stuff, we paid for 2 whole nights now its on us if we come there late or early, on top of that room keys were not working so everytime we want to go back in room we have to call the guy up, why eventry running a hotel if this is the management

The room was nice but not maintained properly, the door lock was not working properly, The room was smelly, There was no toiletries and dental care and overall poor experience.

We had booked 2 AC rooms with breakfast for the family and were happy with the location of this hotel. The breakfast served on the next day had few options but was good. The hotel was going through some renovation due to which the lift was not operational, building was unfinished. The overall staff and the manager were very helpful and did their best to accommodate our every request. Overall a good property and worth the price!!

cleanliness is not proper... only one water bottle is given in 24 hour for 2 person... Room door lock is not working properly... hence not feeling safe... services are not prompt Hotel staff open the room with master key in absence of customer... without permission... hence not feeling safe

Overpriced . No lift , TV is not working, Dirty Matress and towel. No phone services . Horribl. Spend 4300 inr for one night . Should have been 1500 per night.

Room was good and They have there dining facility next to the hotel which has very reasonable rates. Specially Thanks to Hotel Manager and Hotel Owner They both are very helping

Property is under construction & not worth at this price point ! no lift, dirty beds, no tv and worst ambience ! not suitable for family ! could not change hotel as i made full payment in advance !
