Bed was not properly arranged and was very dirty and bad, Made wait for long, took water bill twice.

Hotel's Cleaning is very poor.Resturant's rate is very very expensive in comparison to other hotels.Two cup tea rate is Rs.55/- Imagine how costly it is.Four piece Puri Sabji rate is Rs.145/-

Very Good budgetary hotel with friend ambience for family/couples/business stays Food is Excellent served fresh at room Suggestion to management: Increase Ladies staff in your team approx 40% staff should be ladies as a cultural change & more comfortable for ladies guests.

businessThe staff were not at co operative & I mistakenly booked a Non A/C room & at the reception I requested them that will pay for Differences- they REFUSED. AND I HAD TAKEN UP THIS ISSUES WITH MMT..did get responses , then the Pricing Qouted were very much on the higher side..Initially it was Rs 1250/- & last minute qoute provided was Rs 1500/- Again your app stated that it's near to Railway station & had to take a Pre Paid Auto

Service was good. Food was average. Bucket and mug in the bathroom were quite old and need to be replaced.

My cuttack trip
It was a pleasant stay at hotel sagar sree. Lacation is comfortably located in between cuttack railway stations and badambadi bus terminus. Room was clean and the staff were very cordial. Food was good too.

Poor Stay
The sheets and the pillow were dirty. I had to tell them to change it. Smelly pillow. I just ended one night and went to the next hotel.

Stay was good. Room were not modern. Shower head was not working. Water pressure was low. Everything else was good.

Very clean. A/c working very well. Good food. Quiet peaceful place. For the price it was excellent. I went to other hotels near by and they were double the price and not so clean. I highly recommend this hotel

Not great experience i usually have with not good but no choice
couplelecturing how they allow only couples with same family name on adhaar consider couple. that not every couple do change name or they take time. Another thing is room is ok, felt very old and dust somewhere and bathroom was disgusting.
