It was very good and also staffs are very polite and supportive....

Maintenance is really bad, The managers are really good and polite. But the Maintenance of the property is not at all good, Washroom has leakage, Washbasin is having leaking. Toilets dont work properly

Too noicy and average stay, not recommended for family.............................

Excellent Hotel. Calm and Quite. Room is bit small but clean. AC working well. TV working. Staff are supportive. Location is on main road, lots of option for travel. Also, many places for food and enertainment nearby

Location is good, food i havenot ordered, facilities provided at the price range were Ok...but only problem i faced was Mosquitoes entered through bathroom vent.

service system is not well up to the mark. receptionist is aware to the system . food facilities not available and neither they are helping to outsource

The overall stay was average. I stayed in a family room with a group of 4 ppl. The cleanliness of the room is bad. The bed sheets had some lipstick marks, stains and the white pillow covers looked brownish. The pillow covers were not changed even after requesting the staff. The water was leaking from taps and at the toilet base every time after flush. The staff was good and were flexible to allow us for checking-out a bit late. The hotel was in a residential area and close to railway station and Barabati stadium where we attended a concert. The hotel was one of the very cheapest we could find and the stay was manageable enough for one night.

Receptionist Guy is very helpful and supportive. Hotel is also good and safe for stay. Improvements can be done in washroom facilities by placing nets in air vents.

Rooms condition are good. But door locking system is not available. Meals provided by the staff are also good, quantity of food is less. overall, staffs are too good.

I had a very poor experience. The washroom was not in good condition. Toiletries were not provided to us at the to check in. The card key was not working.

Hotel stay was good. The location is excellent as in the heart of city. Easy communication means. No issue for going from hotel to other locations.

Guests would greatly benefit from a more thorough cleaning regimen and immediate attention to renovation, ensuring both cleanliness and comfort.

Dirty rooms not good for stay, waste of money. Stay away from this hotel, it's full of mosquitos. Expect no service
