Review Of GRAND RESIDENCY

Service not proper. Staff was not co-operative. Food Service was very poor.

We checked into Grand Residency Hotel and stayed for 3 days. We were very happy with the hygiene and the services provided here. Initially, we were a bit skeptical about the food since we are from a different state, but the quality turned out to be really good – including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They also helped us with commute, and we have already recommended this hotel to other families for their trips or visit.

1. Bathroom fittings not working 2. Door bell not working, so room service person went back twice and later after asking that we are waiting for asked servic then he told us that he rang at door but we not opened... then he come to know that door bell is not working. 3. AC Remote has bad display 4. Room Key holder which shuts down power and restores as we insert the key after entering the room was not working, so everytime while going out of room we had to switch off all the electrical points which we were using.

Properties location and food was good. amenities could be better. The room was not spacious, advanced technologies were not adopted, still an old television. In short it could be renovated while keeping the classic touch intact. Thanks.

Nice location, easy to access hotel,hotel sitcuated beside main road, clean room, best room service, staff are well behavior, food is tasty but price is little high. A/c, tv and geyser is functioning properly.

The rooms were not clean, the bathroom ceiling had fungus on it, power switches and board was not working, no napkin, toilet paper was available.
