The property location is great, it was near the station Room 4/5 Food 4/5 Service 💯 yes for service they deserve , Mr Vikash specially, he make sure that this stay remain in memories as a comfortable one.. 5:30 morning or 1:30 at night they have always serve with bright smile on the face. Overall 4/5..

Parking is not available. We keep our vehicles outside. Cleanliness is not satisfactory. Food quality is not good. Staff awareness about hospitality are not good.

Stay at bnson blue was good. It was my first trip to Odisha.
Stay was good and supportive staff. Food quality was good and room cleanliness was much better than the other hotels.

coupleI was at the hotel for three days along my wife. So far as the cleanliness is concerned i can rate it as 9 out of 10. But other services like hot water supply was horrible. One day even water supply was totally disrupted for about an hour. Food served were not tasty and very co-slier comparatively. Wifi was not working.

Nice and neat place
groupVery nice place to be good hospitality. Rooms were near and clean. Buffet breakfast was too good.

Terrible Stay
1. Water leakage in the toilet 2. No tv in the room 3. Hotel location is also not good. Located in service road with poor connectivity 4. Poor lighting in the room. 5. Non hygienic 6. Waited for 45 mins in the morning for checkout as there was no staff available. 7. Not value for money

Experience
Being a first time traveller, it was a decent experience. The staff consists mostly of young girls who handles the services pretty politely. Service and overall response was on time. Kudos to the staff.

Average experience
Average hotel to stay in. The amnesties such as wi-fi, geyser, etc can be improved. Though i was on work trip and didn't stay in the room much but all i can say is it could've been better. The options in breakfast is limited too.

Good Stay
Good budget friendly and clean hotel. Staff is very cooperative. Hospitality was very good. But food i found to be under-cooked. And less options for vegeterain customers. Check out time is morning 9. 00 am which i found to be inconvenient.

Overall experience is decent
Pros- clean room, nice washroom, complementary breakfast is excellent. Cons- room is little smaller in size, not well decorated, receiver not working.

Small room, room not clean, wash room door without lock, mosquitos and cock-rose in the room.

Food - really good hygiene - up to the mark staff behaviour - very polite cleanliness - clean reon and washroom location - a little tricky if you are dependent only on google maps. Asking locals will help you

Poor Stay
Bnson blue 1. Food qualities are horrible. Absolutely third class 2. Lift doesn't work 3. Cable tv didn't work. Recharge not done
