Service was horrible. Intercom not working. No soap & shampoo at toilet. Room condition is also not good.Food quality was poor

The room is very dirty and staff was not cooperative , in night music was very loudly run

money hungry people , they charged extra. very rude behaviour staff. and they don't provide basic supplies like shampoo or conditioner. bed sheet was dirty . horrible experience. don't visit

Room was ok,Land line not working, Tv remote had no battery, Food quality was ok , Breakfast had limited options overall Ok for staying

not so good they shifted us to another room and it was not that great and demanded 500 extra

The don't provide basic amenities like dental kit and shaving kit. In fact they don't even provide water. The complimentary breakfast is a joke, as you get what they wish is to be made available.

I recommend Makemy trip to remove this hotel from your list, it's completely unhinged, dirty rooms , cockroaches are rooming in the room, no drinking water in the room, bad smell in the room.

I recommend this hotel to my friends, it's a pleasant stay. Very good staff.

They have charged me 1000 extra as I check in one hour early. They just want to mint money from customers.

The location is good. The food is ok.

Nice hotel and good - well mannered staffs. The rooms are more clean compared to other hotels (in the city) at the same price range. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended !

at the time of check-in no attendant present , no water bottles , no towels inside the room , no tea or coffee sachets , food charts and rooms showing in pictures is different than actual. not satisfactory and charged rs 2100 per night . not worth .

Great service & cleaniness

cockroach every where, I stayed in room 103, whenever I come back 4-5 cockroach will be on floor, sometime small ones will be on bed as well. water bottles are charged. Not a single free water bottle l. nothing is complimentary.

Language problem..... very rude behaviour by staff..... AC was not working..... weird sound all night long.... so disturbing sound.... food was also okay okay .... very disappointed

They cancel my booking. I find out another hotel after reached there, neither they inform me or mail me
