Dirtiest rooms. rooms walls fully filled with fungous. The bathroom wall looks like a block cloud cover. Not at all worthy for this price. Definitely not suitable for couples and families. No response from the management. I wasted my money, i didn't even breathe. I last my valuable time. Plz don't recommend anyone. How can you(Make my trip) suggest like this hotels to your clients

Disappointing experience. The Hotel room was uncleaned and amenities were lacking. Noise level were high, and the staff seemed unresponsive, not worth the price. Wouldn’t recommended.

unclean room with cockroaches and other insects also walls were very unclean and no clean tavels were there

The room quality was very bad, it was smiling. The toilet was also very poor. There was no tea service.

The location is good, right at the mangalabag market so you can get every thing then and there the food is decent, outside food is not allowed so you have to have it in their restaurant but as i said there are numerous hotels nearby where you can get budget friendly meals hygiene is something to be worried about, the last day of our stay a rat came out of nowhere from the toilet and there are no mirrors in the room so to get dressed you have to be in the washroom all the time

Very unhygienic place. I didn't receive any toiletries. I reached hotel at 7 o clock but at reception i was told that room was not ready cleaning is in progress. Room was allocated at 0930 hrs.

After booking done, the hotel didn't accept my booking and at the same not provided me room. Related to this i raised a query to mm t customer care. Please refund my booking amount.

Bathroom door broken, ac not working. No water pressure in taps. Insects in room. Bad maintenance and terrible receptionist.

Room was not ready. Very unhygienic property and room as well. They have given room in near by some guest house which was not acceptable at all. However food was okay. Have to stay without pillow cover also. 1 dirty towel for 2 pax. No blanket.
