The hotel is well connected to the city, with an auto stand right outside. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean but a little small in my opinion. Receptionist was not good and doesn't know how to talk with the guests , as he was very old I did not respond . Hospitality was very poor. The guard was very irritating, and always disturbing. Reception area was totally empty, seating arrangement was not their. After paying this much amount of money while booking where the guests are supposed to sit. Is it on the floor..Simple things but it really matters

However, while everyone has the freedom to share their opinions, we request that it be done responsibly without defaming individuals or the property. There were no issues raised regarding your room or the property itself during your stay. The reception area was temporarily under maintenance and repainting work during that period, which is why the sofas and lounge seating were removed. Seating arrangements are available on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and despite the temporary situation, we courteously offered you a seat at the owner’s desk itself. Regarding our receptionist, he was simply performing his duties. As clearly mentioned on all booking platforms, this is not a couple-friendly property. Yet, guests frequently request exceptions, which we cannot allow as we strictly adhere to our policies and respect everyone’s privacy. We kindly request that you take down this review, as it unfairly harms the reputation of a property that many people have worked hard to build. If you had any real or practical issues related to your stay, we will surely consider and work on it

Hotel is very well maintained and staff is quite professional, but only drawback is absence of in-house restaurant. They have food service in your rooms, but every order you place is being prepared in a hotel adjacent to this property and served by them in your room only. The food is of average type. I personally suggest that they should have their own restaurant soon and I am sure they can run that also very professionally and then could serve their guest quality and tasty food.

On 24th July, your check-out was recorded at 6:30 AM—well before the day’s housekeeping service, during which water would have been replenished as usual had the stay continued until the standard check-out time. We also provide purified drinking water at all times for guests who prefer or need more than the complimentary quantity. For those requiring additional mineral water, it is made available in the mini-bar at a standard surcharge. Not worth the price , it’s looks cool from outside but beds are very hard stale smell , amenity kit is provided but the room itself is not up to mark with the price . Furniture is old and looks dated . Fine for 2k or so but definitely not worth charging 3k
