Receptionist was not good and doesn't know how to talk with the guests , as he was very old I did not respond . Hospitality was very poor. The guard was very irritating, and always disturbing.
Reception area was totally empty, seating arrangement was not their. After paying this much amount of money while booking where the guests are supposed to sit. Is it on the floor..Simple things but it really matters

There were no issues raised regarding your room or the property itself during your stay. The reception area was temporarily under maintenance and repainting work during that period, which is why the sofas and lounge seating were removed. Seating arrangements are available on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and despite the temporary situation, we courteously offered you a seat at the owner’s desk itself.
Regarding our receptionist, he was simply performing his duties. As clearly mentioned on all booking platforms, this is not a couple-friendly property. Yet, guests frequently request exceptions, which we cannot allow as we strictly adhere to our policies and respect everyone’s privacy.
We kindly request that you take down this review, as it unfairly harms the reputation of a property that many people have worked hard to build. If you had any real or practical issues related to your stay, we will surely consider and work on it
