Hotel does not have cutler for making hot water room service telephone was not working room fan was not good

Location & connectivity : very good cleanliness : big thumps down - stinking room, stained floor, old & dirty pillow cover and quilt food : good - in restaurant

Room was bad odour and untidy.

Room maintainance was not good

Bed sheets are dirty. It seems like used. No wifi provided

Hotel staff is very friendly. But rooms are not so well maintained

Overall the the stay and room services are good but on my first day room allocated to me was not good and bed was not in good condition but next day after informed them immediately change my room. Food and travel connection from airport was very good. Staff and manager behavior was excellent.

In this price range it is good.. restaurant was also good..i recommend mallus..if u want to stay near jigani bus stop.. customer friendly 😇

Affordable prices and good for the family to stay

Room was small. Too smelly. I purchase room freshener for that. When I complained about it. The guy told me “it’s your mistake, you booked the room, it’s not our fault”. No hot water get in entire stay. No drinking water or breakfast (it was included) offered during whole stay. There are other good places you can stay in that area. Please avoid this place if you can.

For room we have to fight and after 3 change. Of room. Could get proper room. Leave one day prior to the date i. E. Checkout on 24th instead of 25 so need refund one day charges.

If you would like to stay at cheaper rate then this hotel is good otherwise not recommend for family boz of cleanliness, poor quality of room etc etc

As we reached the staff was welcoming. We settled down comfortably and quickly. As we reached late we were hungry but as a veg restaurant was in the building we didn't have to travel even the Hotel staff said that it is good. Overall the service, food, travel was very good.

Room was not checked before I check in. Room phone was not working. There is not way to call for room service have to go out of the room and shout for boy. Wifi not working. Overall not good
