Too bad service. Bad behaviour
Dirty washroom. Dirty bedsheets. No power backup. Misbehaving staff. Problem in checkin when i book from makemytrip. They asked for more money. And they are not ready to give my breakfast

The room is not good. Mosquitoes are moving around. Yesterday i tried to contact make my trip but unfortunately no proper response. The stay experience was not good at all. No one from the team make my trip contacted. I may not trust make my trip in my next booking.

familyThis hotel is in front of the patliputra railway station and giving a very beautiful view of the station during evening and night time. Staff members are very helpful and friendly. Hotel room is good for stay during winter and summer both. They have geyser and ac in rooms.

very bad experience
I have booked 1 room with 2 guest. n one of my uncle ce to visit us. then they are saying to take one more room because 3 person not allowed so I said he came to visit but the hotel reception saying u have to take room or u can go outside of the hotel. and the hotel was not clean. and the hotel staff are so rudely n cruel. which I don't like at all. after entering the room the bed was not clean. n the tv is not working and AC not working n lots of mosquito inside the room. and in the bathroom no soap n handwash available and no bucket n jug available too. the bathroom was too dirty at all. and not satisfied with RP PALACE HOTEL. waste of money to booked on it.

If you would like to stay in a dustbin for a night, choose this hotel
Stinky room, stinky bedsheet, yucky bathroom and what not. Had my booking for 2 nights in this hotel but it was so dirty that i had to checkout early morning just after the first night. That night was terrible, mosquitoes and smelly room being my only company. Couldn't sleep the entire night. Complained many a times for room change or refund but hotelier didn't respond They didn't even provide me an all-out even after requesting thrice.

No safety, very poor
No thermal screening, nor room cleaning, washroom was very dirty, and rooms bed sheet was having hole, and no proper condition of room, not ac was working properly.

Nice and peaceful stay room and the bed was quite clean but need to clean the bathroom. Receptionist's behaviour was good he is very humble. Overall nice stay.

Not as per oyo standard, pathetic service
We booked 2 AC deluxe room but got 2 small room with AC without geyser in one washroom. No filtered water, instead they serve tap water, luckily I saw and bought a bottle from outside and still, he was not having any shame or guilt. Staffs need to learn at least basic conversation skills and etiquette to deal with the customers. No room service, no lift, no staff service. They might forget to serve but didn't forget to charge extra for a few extended hours. It was actually my bad that I neglected the review and ratings on the portal and booked this hotel.
