Staff was pathetic and lack the manners to talk and even the location was hard to reach and very basic facilities were given by the helping members, lack of hygiene throughout the premises and even they asked and demanded the extra money on checkout.

The hotel situated near Mcleodganj main market and Dalai Lama temple have all the necessary amenities. However it is a bit difficult for seniors to climb the steep approach road to reach the hotel. The hotel doesn't have a lift, so climbing stairs for reaching various floors in the hotel is another hurdle. Service at the hotel was not up to the mark

The bed was incredibly comfortable—soft, clean linens and a mattress that offered the perfect level of support, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The room was impeccably clean, and it felt like everything was well taken care of. The amenities were top-notch, from the high-end toiletries to the smart TV with streaming services, allowing for a relaxing evening in.
