It is hygienic and well maintained hotel. Very close to Dargah Sharif. The staff is responsive and caring towards customers. Food in the hotel restaurant is good. Receptionist person called Mohammed Saddam is kind and diligent with customers. Thank you for a good stay

Location : walking distance for dargah ( even if you have a infant with you) cleaning : good as per location standards food : qty & taste both acceptable room service : good. Only point : gysers etc should be made available to use as per customer choice, need not to ask front desk to switch on centrally.

I recently stayed at Hotel Royal Palace in Ajmer, and I must say my experience was excellent. I requested an extension for a delayed checkout, and they graciously accommodated my request without any hassle, for which I am truly thankful. This hotel is an excellent choice for families and children. The room service was prompt and efficient, with no need for follow-ups. Its location is another highlight – just around 200 meters from the Dargah, situated on the main road, making it easily accessible. Additionally, the area around the hotel is convenient, with doctors, ATMs, and other necessary facilities nearby. Overall, it’s a renowned hotel that offers a great stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ajmer!

We had great experience during our stay. Very cooperative staff. The best part was the location and the dargah visit arrangement services. Breakfast food was nice too. Our requirements were adequately met. Hope they will continue to keep up the quality of their services.

ONE MORE THING THIS HOTEL HAVE LIFT . FOODS ARE TOO GOOD 💯 NOW PUBLIC TRANSPORT ARE ALLOWED ON DARGAH ROAD, THIS HOTEL IS NEAR AUTO STAND, CHECK IN IS SMOOTH. HOTEL STAFF CAME TO AUTO STAND TO PICK UP US . THEY ALSO HELP YOU TO VISIT DARGAH & RELIGIOUS RITUALS VERY SMOOTHLY. IF YOU WANT THIS THEN ASK THEM ,THEY WILL ARRANGE EVERYTHING. Room is very small for five people. There is lot of restriction on water room service is not good. Room cleaning is not even there wifi is not working properly reception people are aggressive. Over-all it is a very bad experience.
