The only good thing about this hotel was that it was near the dargah and it was very convenient to visit the dargah; besides that everything else was average. Good to stay for a day or night not more than that.

wifi not working , towel change not done in second day , they cant manage heavy rush on holidays. cleaning work was good restaurant food was average but restaurant service guy behaviour was not good. main advantage was hotel location its is near to dargah sharif

Bed Sheets were not changed, they were not clean and were dirty. Even after telling various times no improvement was made. No Proper Room Ventilation (Non AC Room).

Service is good but not per expectations. Hotel management denied to provide me GST invoice due to early check-in. As per Make my trip says property will provide gst invoice. Its totally cheating with customer.

I got 3 bed deluxe AC room. There was some bad smell in the room specially from Bathroom as ventilation of bathroom was opening in Room. So if someone is in bathroom whole room stinks with bad smell. Cleanliness was not good. I have to tell them to clean the room. Towels were not looking fresh and bad smell was coming from towel as well. Overall below average experience. Room was so without ventilation that wifi was not working and network connectivity was very poor. However staff was friendly and most benefit was near to Dargah

Everything was good until the time of checkout. I checked out at the exact time and just told them to keep my luggage at the reception as i had my train in the evening so the guy replied me to check out the room at 3:30 i told no but he insisted me to check out at 3:30pm itself and i agreed and left the hotel but instead of 3:30 i got late by 30 minutes so there was a different person on the reception and he was very rude as i was late by 30 minutes that incident turned the whole stay a very bad experience
