worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. advance payment hum yaha se kar dete hai aur waha jaate hai toh unko pata hai payment aa gaya hai...no refund service ka board lagaye hai aur room toh horrible hai..dirty bedsheet,matress,pillow cover. .room service tak toh aake karte hi nahi hai jaise free stay diya ho..usse better ajmer me jaake hotel book kare bahut better options hote hai n reasonable bi.

worst ever experience… worst hotel … in this cold weather they dont have the facilityof hot water .. geysers are situated but useless as we need to keep geyser on for 15 mins so you will get the one bucket of hot water .. so if someone required more so they have to wait in the bathroom for 15 mins while bathing … no proper hygiene as besheet have stains and dirty… tv’s are not working when asked with hotelier they said they dnt have recharge … we have booked two rooms in of the rooms they didnt have the place the tv itself … asked why this room is not having tv said ye aisa hi aata hai although booking is been done with all the amenities … reception person was rude and not answering properly …. pictures is been already shared to your team … your executive named sheetal from customer service…
