Excellent Stay
It was very polite behaviour by the reception staffs, they supported us very well in all aspects of service

Terrible Stay
Except for the connectivity, nothing is good in the hotel. Dirty walls, stained bed-sheet, stained pillows, stinky room, broken door lock, serve rude receptionist.

Poor Stay
not great in this 2025 Almira chairs table and all amenities wore 60s look. not clean in the bath room health facet wad splashing water all around that too with great effort flush was also very hard to press no value for the money was the feeling food was not included with my booking had to pay more for what we consumed but room was absolutely comfortable weather wise,was cold even with out ac

We stayed at Rivera for one night and the stay was good. The rooms were old fashioned but neat. The food was good but room service menu was a bit costly

Not a neat hotel.... Amount is high for this hotel ....Located centrally on the main road.....Good connectivity.....

Excellent Stay
Though unexpected, it was a good stay. It is at a walkable distance from metro station which made it a good choice. The room and bathroom was clean and tidy. Because we arrived very late the hotel restaurant was closed and we ordered food. Breakfast was included. The fittings are old- cupboards weren't usable. Good pick for a short stay! Serves the purpose.

overly price
pretty average hotel at high price and MakeMyTrip charged 33% than the hotel tariff rate. 2000 is more than enough Stay was ok but overpriced. Especially I was shocked how MakeMyTrip fooled me in paying 4000 per day whereas hotel charges with breakfast was 3000 per day. This is unethical practice and worth punishment

Poor Stay
Except for the bed and food technically everything is really bad in hot water tap you can see rust coming out all bathroom accessories, doors and wardrobes are rusted and old due to poor maintenance mosquito bites during the stay could sleep at night basic amenities such as water was only provided once during the stay room lamp was hanging creating safety issues. For the price paid it was not worth it not staying again

nice to stay and near to main raod
solonice maintained, near to main road and Nehru park metro and 10 mins drive to marina beach ⛱️🏖️ And breakfast is ok

Not recommended to stay i
Ac was fixed at 26 degree temperature, old broken wardrobe and felt like staying in old banglow. Not worth of the amount paid.
