Review Of Hotel River View

Even though hotel charging is more in season time at least they need to provide some basic needs for the stay, it's the very worst experience for me. Please improve services ( like sample soap, shampoo, towel, etc) hardly it will cost only less than 50 rs.

Hotel stay was average. Bathroom didn't even had a refreshner. No towels, soap or paste for this price. Balcony view was good close to river stream.

Hot water issue, room are not in clean and towel also not available. Room service are not taken care

Not value for money, especially mm t rates (almost 4k - looks like its almost 100% more than than normal rate. Budget hotel; small rooms looks large in pictures, no towel/soaps, of course no kettle. Though the location is just few kms from centre, you would need a vehicle. There are only few 5/6 parking slots, they do say they will make some arrangements.

The staff here are professional

Near to munjakkal stop and ttdc, not possible to dry clothes otherwise rooms are comfortable

Clean and tidy. Excellent location. If I happen to go to Kodai again, I will definitely stay here. Only negative is very limited items available for room service (4-5 items). The service was prompt though. Tea/Coffee was excellent.

As we booked in MMT we got a very good discount In hotel room booking. But when we reached the hotel there was a problem with the manager, he was saying that we must pay real amount. But MMT took action very quickly that we was able to check in as fast as possible. Due to MMT we was able to book hotel rooms in cheap rates ... Thank you MMT

The overall experience was good. But I should say that there was a lot of dust in the room. And I was sneezing for quite some time. Also one of the sheets given to us had some dirt in them, so we ended up using our own sheets instead. The bathrooms were clean and neat and room service was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Budget hotel. Overall, I would give 3/5.
