First internet was not available in the room. When i asked for it, he said that we cannot do anything and you have to come to lobby to access it. I was shocked with that answer. I informed him i have my shift so its impossible to sit 8 hrs in lobby and after multiple request he agreed to get the room changed. And that room was pathetic. No towels, no hot water even after informing them its not coming so told me within 10 mins, it will come but it did not. Then jotter spray pressure was 0. Drops were coming out of it which was of no use. Almirah handles were also broken. Overall it was worst stay. I had plan to stay for 2 days but i changed it to only 1
