Review Of HOTEL RESIDENCY PARK - KAIRALI

I booked a nights stay in Kairali park residency on single occupancy, but they gave me a spacious double front facing room, I was delighted. The room was clean , bedsheets were crisp n white & bathroom was nice, clean n big. The AC was also perfect & the room had all the necessary furniture. The hotel is off the main road, so it's silent, but it's very near Hampankatta junction, so easily accessible. The breakfast provided had a large menu, & was quite filling, even though they offer only 1 item. Their restaurant is also good & reasonably priced. Only one negative, the rooms had slight water seepage traces on walls.

The hotel location is good but need to improve cleaning inside the room room because once enter the room it’s to bad smell

Conveniently located near the Mangalore Central railway station. The hotel is walking distance to the main area in the city. It's an average hotel. Don't expect too much. It's very value for money.

rooms wall wasn't good, hot water was not available in the morning untill 7:00 AM. stay was ok ok and main washroom has become old , the hotel looks very nice from outside but inside the rooms walls and bathroom doors were scrapped and mosquitoes problem is also there and kamodas drainage has problem it is not worthy for the money

Nice room the price of the room was customer friendly the workers also good situated in hampankatta it’s easy to mangalore central railway station, st milagres church, wenlock hospital breakfast included no compromise in food it’s very tasty 100% i will recommend this hotel to my friends i think in mangalore this hotel provides in cheepest price with ac and breakfast but the service was soo nice

Near the mangalore railway station, a restaurant facility is available. We stayed for 2 days. A budget hotel.

It is easy to reach. Almost everything is o k. But bath room is below average. No water bottle in the room.

No room service, restaurant not functioning, there is no lift, the hotel bill was 1411 rupees but makemytrip charged 1590 rupees.

Location is very near to central station and the food was good and room service was also good. Room was neat and tidy

The main issue here is the bedsheets are not clean it has stains in it and when check-in there are some hairs here and there. Cleanliness should be improved

There is no lift. There are bugs in the room. The cupboards couldn't be opened properly. Located very near to train station

We stayed there for a night over the weekend. The room was pathetic and ac was not working. Restaurant was badly maintained and very dirty! not worthy at all
