Review Of Hotel Regency

I had booked a bus with a scheduled boarding time of 9:50 AM. However, I was made to wait until 2:30 PM before boarding. Even then, the bus had issues and we were left waiting in Pune for another 2 hours due to vehicle problems. Despite all this, the bus was not cancelled when requested. The journey finally resumed around 4:30 PM, but once again there were vehicle problems later in the night. We had to wait another 2 hours, and the bus left only around 11:30 PM. This caused serious inconvenience, and I couldn’t reach my destination on time despite having an emergency. In total, the bus was delayed by over 12 hours. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. Please ensure better service and accountability in the future. Highly disappointed with this experience.

I had to pay extra because I had to book another room, okay because the hotel that gave me the room was very bad so for that I had to take a different room, okay I had to pay Rs. 2000 extra for that, okay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Regency, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every need. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was prompt and maintained cleanliness throughout the stay. The hotel’s location is perfect close to key attractions and easily accessible. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend Hotel Regency to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience.

Hotel regency review 1. Hotel manager behaviour is not good, taking rudely. 2. Attitude issues 3. Bedsheets dirty. 4. In room, intercom telephone not available 5. Bad services overall. 6. Bathroom is dirty. 7. In bathroom mug not available 8. Pillow is dirty. 9

Very helpful staff friendly behaviour

Was not served water even after reminding for 3 times. There was very hit water in bathroom and no room temperature water for bathing for which the person had to arrange a bit cket of water from the adjoining room. Only 1 helper staff for entire hotel. Tv not working.

Good experience in budget hotel. Room was clean and overall experience is good. Preferred to stay here.

This hotel is diagonally opposite surat railway station, not well kept, lot of traffic noise, very difficult to cross the road and reach the hotel. Very small rooms. Your team should inspect hotels and only if satisfied do the booking for business traveller. Very poor selection on your part.

I complained about hot water not coming into the bathroom, but hotel management did not respond to this issue.

No room service, very noisy even in the room it unbearable vehicle sounds and horns. They don't even provide towel, soap which is a basic complement. Size of the room is very small but it's not a matter of concern, no restaurant. There are many better options is available within the same range in 500mtrs radius.

Lift was not working room were not clean and no room service. Also there is too much traffic noise and we cannot have a peaceful sleep i had checked in @ 7pm and when i was checking out at 11. 40 am i was charged 50% of room charge as late check out. Will not stay for free also in this hotel

Dirty linen and no fresh linen available. Ac not working as the housekeeping team missed to service it bad service. Very compact rooms.
