Very Good Stay. Helpfull Staff. Keep it Up.

Very bad staff, bad rooms, no basic guest treatment, whole day noises were coming from outside the gate. They charged extra for Bedsheet wash. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The hotel was in small coverage area but the staffs are so good & humble to us. The ambience is also good even though the rooms are small but the windows are available at road side for that reason we can see through directly the environment nearby hotel. Overall the experience was very good & also will go further in future.

It was a nice experience in staying at Ritz. Very clean, situated in a good location and people are too good.

My experience was terrible as there was no soap or shower gel . Also reception is right outside room and u can hear fan noise and person at reception talks aloud that caused me sleeps issues . Cable by didn’t even work

Rooms are too small to even walk. We booked two rooms, one of the rooms was too close to the reception and felt uncomfortable. No kettle, iron, mini-fridge in the family deluxe room. However, the staff is friendly and helpful. Please note, the booking is non-refundable, so book accordingly.

Good and clean please, Staff is good too, location is good too…all the places were near to the vesu…will visit next time

Good stay... the experience was nice clean tidy rooms a bit small hut functional i would recommend this for anyone who needs to stay in budget

Stay was excellent and pleasant. Room and washroom were very much cleaned. Linen was very hygienic. Though room was small but good enough for a Short stay. Hotel reception person was very courteous and helpful. Kitchen was completely shut. Management should try to start the kitchen to provide atleast limited breakfast items.

Overall it was a good stay

Room though small but very clean including wash room. Bedsheets were very white and clean. Idle for short stay specially for business travellers. Reception people were quite cooperative. I noted that the kitchen was completely closed. It is advisable to supply tea / coffee and limited breakfast.

We has a great experience staying at ritz. The service they provide is exceptional with the support of the staff. Dhananjay was so cooperative with all our needs ans also guided us for every query we had. We are looking forward to visit ritz whenever we plan to visit surat.

the property was not so good, also very small room and no drinking water or glass was available in the room. things were not as expected or shown.. disappointed 😞
