Hotel Elite, Vesu City Centre

Room was very clean in this budget and food was also very good and was very cooperative. Overall was very good experience.

I recently stayed at this property and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything about my visit was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. Location: The location is excellent – easy to find, centrally located, and close to everything I needed. Whether it was restaurants, shops, or local attractions, everything was within a short walk or drive. Despite being so accessible, the area was peaceful and quiet, making it perfect for relaxation.

1.breakfast quality and quantity should improve . 2. Tea mug quality is also poor and it should be a big one. Tea is coming with ghee which is too ugly. 3. Morning breakfast time is too late it should start at 7.30 to 10 am . 4.As you baby elite situated in Gujarat and specially in Surat City where all over the Indian coming for Gujju food you should serve the best gujju food along with continental breakfast and it should be in buffet. 1.breakfast quality and quantity should improve . 2. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

First of all its not hotel stay its more of banquet hall which has few rooms ...as per price nothing great about rooms & most shocking they dnt have their own restaurant ...they arrange food in breakfast from outside ..

The room was suffocating. The bathroom was extremely small. Nothing was in working condition. They were talking rudely. There was no satisfaction in any aspect. The room shown in the pictures was much smaller in reality. This is not a hotel but rooms built inside a shop on the 4th floor of a shopping mall. Please do not book this hotel. Moreover, is very, very, very expensive for it. If a fire breaks out, there is no chance of survival as there are no windows.

1. the bathroom was too small to even sit. 2. ⁠there were spiders in the room 3. ⁠while ac was on there was constant dust falling from vent 4. ⁠no cleanliness in entire room, the corners were full of dust 5. ⁠only one item in breakfast and that was limited and no choice of options. worst experience in the name of hospitality…

Worst stay .NO FOOD NO PERSON TO ATTEND TO . Never stay in this property. Better to sleep on station rather staying here

Nice stay as always. Very cosy hotel with basic amenities and at the centre of the vesu area lined with shops and eateries

Good location, at the centre of the cross roads of the main junction of vesu and in a mall. The hotel is on the 4th floor for the mall

2. Service is bad. No wifi and no signals in the hotel. Conjested rooms, no proper day light, no staff

It was located top floor of mall. Electricity was fall down for 15-20 min. Bathroom was very congested
