they have charged a lot not given any good room, electricity gone all time very bad service

Staff was very co-operative. They helped my to carry my bedridden mother from car to room. On request, Room was reserved/allotted as close as possible to entry point, so that it can help me carry my mother.

Location very good, staff is very courteous and friendly.

It was one of the worst experiences we ever had in any hotel. There was no electricity and loads of mosquitoes all through the night. We just waited for the morning to come and then we rushed out.

Room infra was very poor. Bed linen was dirty. No blanket was there in the room. Washrooms were pathetic. I had to change the room twice during the stay.

As i went as student, i wanted to be there for just as near to my destination. As this property fulfilled my option, i will certainly choose this property for stay in future if i ever go to roorkee

We made a plan to visit Haridwar to have a Ganga bath at Harkipodi and wanted to stay overnight near to Harkipodi. While booking Rattan Regency it was showing 1.8 km from Harkipodi. Accordingly we booked the hotel and found it is in Roorki and it has badly disturbed our plan.
