Our stay was very disappointing. The rooms and overall cleanliness were terrible — everything was dirty. We checked in at 12:30 PM, and there was no electricity, only backup power. Because of that, we couldn’t use the AC, geyser, or proper lights — just a small dim light was working. The electricity finally came back around 7 PM. Definitely not worth the experience.

Nice receptionist polite behaviour and helpful but room was not clean before assigning to me. I have call again to clean the room.

Overvall it was nice. My recent stay at Hotel Haridev in Roorkee left me with mixed feelings. While the hotel has several positive aspects, significant cleanliness and maintenance issues overshadowed the experience.

Hotel staff and management is very supportive and rooms are well maintained and clean, location are also easy reachable local market also close to hotel..it's good for staying..only parking facility not available properly

It was smooth check-in process, infect when I tried to check-in early they provided me everything required to get ready for the day and later checked In and also I extended my stay without any issues. So, overall very satisfied with the services provided and staff were very nice.
