we delivered you all our best services *You are forced by your habit, so you could not see anything good i think you are confused to share your actual reviews (as on 5th may all was peaceful & as on date 7th may how it can be average) *you damaged the toilet sheet & left without informing us. *you have just book only room not the entire property. already it is clearly mentioned that swimming pool(paid) & kitchen is the shared space. *it's generally considered good practice to switch off the air conditioning in a hotel room when you are not using it, as this can save energy.
