Everything here about the shared spaces is at extra cost. The rooms listed shows AC in it, however there is only one room with AC and is charged extra.

we delivered you all our best services *You are forced by your habit, so you could not see anything good i think you are confused to share your actual reviews (as on 5th may all was peaceful & as on date 7th may how it can be average) *you damaged the toilet sheet & left without informing us. *you have just book only room not the entire property. already it is clearly mentioned that swimming pool(paid) & kitchen is the shared space. *it's generally considered good practice to switch off the air conditioning in a hotel room when you are not using it, as this can save energy.
