One of the best things about this hotel is the location. IIT and market are very near. What I don't like is the cleanliness and pest control

room was not good according toonline photos the room was short and bed also short for 3 members

The water flow in all the washroom pipes was very low, which caused a lot of inconvenience during the stay. For a hotel, such a basic facility should be maintained properly. This really affected the overall comfort of the stay.

I chose this hotel mainly because of its close proximity to the college gate, which was indeed very convenient. However, the stay itself was quite disappointing. The room had a very bad smell as soon as we entered, which made it uncomfortable. Despite what was mentioned on the MakeMyTrip (MM) portal, there was no TV in the room. The towels provided were old, rough, and not suitable for use. We initially planned to extend our stay by one more day, but surprisingly, the hotel staff informed us that they had already disassociated from MM, which made the extension difficult and confusing. Additionally, the hotel doesn’t have an in-house restaurant, good thing is, there are so many cheap restaurants nearby. Overall, apart from the location, the facilities and service were not up to the mark and didn’t match what was promised online.

I had a short stay.Good thing was location.Room had balcony.Major shortcoming was very slow speed of fan.

Dirty and Smelly rooms. also the blanket was dirty. door was broken and the taps in the bathroom were leaking. terrible experience

Hotel was not proper clean and AC and Geyser was too much dirty and not working and staff was not helpful i would request to people pls don't book this Hotel worst Hotel

Well firstly the room was very untidy, the rate was very high for such a poorly maintained room, i wont recommend it to anyone

My experience was excellent, i don't know why people gave bad reviews but the entire staff here was very cooperative and helping. My sister had an exam in iit roorkee and the hotel check in was at 12 pm and we came at 8 am as the exam was at 9 am. I request to mr. Govind kumar ji (manager, he did the early check in and he kindly gave us a room without any inconvenience. Everyone there was a lot of help. It was a family atmosphere. I would like to thank everyone who helped me so much. About room-its was nit and clean. Budget friendly(not expensive) iit roorkee -only 150 miter (walking distance) bus stand and railway station -all connectivity nearby hotel. Market and all ghat on walking distance (approx 1km ) all facilities are available near this hotel. I give 10/10 *recommend to all*

The hotel was average. Frequent load shedding happens, about 7-8 times at night. The price seems to be high in comparison to the condition of the room. The room was not cleaned properly, also the bathroom was not good enough.

Good stay, room and washroom were clean. However, the lighting in the room felt a bit dim, they could work upon that.
