Hotel was good but hospitality needs improvement

they don't have a restaurant so there is a limited breakfast option if you choose breakfast with room, frequent power failure during our stay, but that may be just one day issue, parking space available, rooms were clean

The location was amazing, just beside the iit building. However, the service was just average, there was no kettle, coffee, tea provided in the room.

1. Property’s location is terrible... from the main road, it is located inside a very narrow lane, as narrow that beside my car even a person could not walk along. 2. There is no kitchen inside the property, they purchase food from outside and sell to us costlier. They do not allow us to order/bring food from outside. 3. Condition of rooms is shabby with no air circulation in 3-4 rooms we saw. All in all, it is not at all worth of the tariff they charge!

Hello dear future traveller, i was as skeptical as you when i was looking for a good hotel for my family in roorkee. The fake reviews for each hotel made it worse to find a good hotel. I finally found this place through a friend of mine. I found it very accommodating to family. Especially the staff and the manager, they all were very supportive. Bathrooms were neat and they had clean rooms. We had a comfortable stay in this hotel! i'll definitely stay here again.

Yha per electric problem rhta hai or basics kit bhi nhi dete hai pani jo ki compliment hona chahiye at least one bottle vo bhi nhi dete hai.

A good stay. Bathroom was clean. The bedsheets, pillow, blanket etc were clean. Location is very convenient for people visiting iit roorkee. Toiletries were not there in my room when i checked in.

It's a good place to stay at the roorkee bus stand, location making it the first choice for the people visiting iit roorkee.

Service very poor. Receptionist do not know how to talk to cusromer. Window glass very thin so sound of road coming inside. Poor food.

It was a comfortable stay and the location is perfect 10 min fr railway and 2 min away fr bus stand, ample space for parking.

Staffs are polite but service is not good. Hotel is very nice. Cleanliness is also there. Parking is available but maintainence is low. Shower is not working in bathroom. Ac is like just about to fall, no remote of ac, you need to get up for turn off the ac in night. Overall. Average stay
