Did not like my stay at all. The hotel was very shady. Torn blankets were provided in the room. Bathing towels were dirty

This is undoubtedly the worst property i have ever stayed in my life. The toilet is chocked, the location is just near to the main sewage, cramped room, narrow stair cases, dirty towels and what not ! advising all travellers to stay away and do not get bugged by the ratings of the hotel.

Staffs were friendly & location also was good, but 3k per day was a bit on a higher side. Rest satisfied with the service.

Room, lobby & hotel staff almost everything was hygiene. Only thing is food is too costlier.

Hotel is good and location also good, food is also good.

On arrival at hotel, hotel shutter was down and no way to enter hotel. After waiting in taxi for 30 minutes someone opened it for other reason. Got inside hotel entrance lobby is no better than godown. Reception manager was looking frustrated and not happy to welcome guest. Tea was brought from outside in a cup without cover.

Room is small and ac working good

The room was not cleaned or sanitized at all. There were stains on the bed and sheets. Duat everywhere. Therefore the room was not prepared for occupancy.

Service was very poor. Location poor as it's next to huge drainage. Even after 25 minutes wait no breakfast was served.

Good location, walking distance to Taj and Gateway of India. Helpful staff.

I would like to come over again and again because it is home away from home.

Decent stay and good experience

Very bad location nearest to very big drainage, mosquito every time in room. Very small room and not in room any furniture like chair, table, etc. Service are very bad if you order breakfast take time 40 to 45 minutes and serve only poha, alu paratha or bread toast only one.

Rooms are not that much spacious, but as per the tariff its enough. Staffs are really good. Restaurant open till 00.00 hours. Food was good.

Dishes in this Hotel are excellent no words to describe.

Good location for business travellers. Clean and nice place. Good service.
