Good location but room housekeeping was poor especially dust and damp wall smell

Had a worst experience with this Hotel Rajmahal stay , following are the points that I wanted to highlight : 1) No hot water provision after 12.00 pm , so once we check in there is no hot water to freshen up , they say boiler hot water is provided till 12.00pm only. 2)wall clock was dead, after intimation also they have not nstalled the batteries in it . 3) No wif was provided in room, management says we have weak network so in room we don't have wifi. 4) Receptionist and manager was very rude and arrogant after raising a concern about the wall clock , wifi, hot water and yes there was cockroaches in the room 5) No proper toiletries provided by hotel , No mineral water was included in stay , I have to pay it extra for the same. It was worst experience with this hotel and most importantly the staff doesn't have any regret for this. I suggest please don't push this hotel on MMT for atlaeast iur company Hydro , will also raise this concern with our company for improvement of hotel selection. Thanks & Regards

we know this property by MakeMyTrip booked for one day actually room but in family members of three person occupied the room. the insist 500 extra for this. it is ok overall cleaningness and room are very good

Yes, food was not good. Even morning breakfast is fix, No buffet system they used Also quality of food is not good Late check out after asking permission they are not able to give 1 hr for relief or extra Bad experience, I don't book this hotel going forward Thanks, Shrikant Pawar

As I am a Solo Traveller I was searching for a safe place to stay while my Visit to Triyambhkeshvar. This property is good and safe for female traveller as well as family. Restaurant food is also good. My Room was clean, Washroom was also veey clean. Good and Safe Budget Hotel

Owner and manger is very arrogant, not provided hard copy of invoice as booked from mmt. As compare to charges rooms are not clean, bed and clothes are also not clean.

Rooms were good but the toilet had a pungent smell. Wash basin was getting clogged. Food was also very tasty

Blanket smelly. 7. They do not provide mineral water, only one milton. 7. Clean ness 2 out of 5. These type of hotel i haven seen 1st time in my life. Makemytrip pls check hotels before registering it.

We stayed for one day but very poor service, food in room is very late service, no hot water in morning, it is very just little warm.

More cleanliness wrt bathroom, mosquitoes is needed. Many times nobody was present at reception.
