Disappointed with no availability of the room booked
Disappointed as they said it's fully sold out and there was a technical problem and sent me to Kapila hotel as an alternative. They dropped me at the Kapila hotel and the room was ok. There was no prior information of this situation of non availability of the already booked room until I reached the Quality inn hotel.

Hotel Review: My recent stay at [Hotel Name] was quite disappointing. Despite staying in an Executive Room, the experience was far from satisfactory. • Insects at Night: I noticed insects in the room during the night, and surprisingly, there was no All Out or any insect repellent provided. • Lack of Amenities: For an Executive Room, I expected basic facilities like a smart TV, but it wasn’t available. Additionally, essential items like toothpaste, a comb, and even bathroom slippers were missing. • Average Cleanliness: The room’s cleanliness was just average—not what you would expect for the price and the category of the room. Overall, the hotel did not meet the expected standards for comfort and amenities. I hope management addresses these issues for a better guest experience.

Nice stay near railway station value for money
Hotel is good located near railway station with clean rooms and courteous staff food taste is also good

Poor Stay
I think it was the worst experience staying at quality in the rooms were not clean in the bathrooms were not clean. It was dirty. The upgraded the room for me, but it was so dirty beds were itchy all of this. Hence i would not recommend anybody to stay at the place. It was also very secluded place. I was travel-ling alone for work, and i really did not like the stay. But the staff was good. They were very helpful. They were very very good to me, but the rooms were not in bathrooms were the worst.

Good hotel clean rooms very good service. The location is little inside from the main road. Breakfast was good tea was very nice. Overall good experience we enjoyed our stay. Already reviewed

Gst invoice with our company gst number is not issued by hotel
I have a complaint that our company gst number is not mentioned in the invoice issued by the hotel. Because of this mistake of hotel, company is charging me the gst amount as they are not getting input credit. Pl see that gst invoice is issued expeditiosly.

Excellent Stay
The check in, amenities and the response time of the star was really appreciable. The front desk staff was really very helpful and pleasant and professional with a special mention of the front desk girl santa. She is exceptional.

Poor Stay
The location is near the station but the approach road is not proper and the property is quiet inside from the main road and covered. The rooms are of average size and not maintained properly. There was a foul smell in the room. Food quality is ok. The staff is very good and cooperative.

Very nice stay. Tea was awesome. Toed was tasty. Ambience is very good. Staff is co-operative. Reception lady was very warm.
