My recent stay at [Hotel Name] was quite disappointing. Despite staying in an Executive Room, the experience was far from satisfactory.
• Insects at Night: I noticed insects in the room during the night, and surprisingly, there was no All Out or any insect repellent provided.
• Lack of Amenities: For an Executive Room, I expected basic facilities like a smart TV, but it wasn’t available. Additionally, essential items like toothpaste, a comb, and even bathroom slippers were missing.
• Average Cleanliness: The room’s cleanliness was just average—not what you would expect for the price and the category of the room.
Overall, the hotel did not meet the expected standards for comfort and amenities. I hope management addresses these issues for a better guest experience.
