The hotel was budget friendly in a good area with good facilities

The receptionist and manager were extremely rude. The hotel is very old and not maintained well. They do not explain their policies clearly and then try to take advantage of the situation. Overall, a very bad experience. I do not recommend staying here.

very basic & elementary place. very small rooms. beds definitely cant b shared by 2 adults. bfast is very limited and very average

Breakfast service is poor. Not providing proper hot food and limited dishes are there. Need to improve the same. Rooms are ok.

Rooms are very untidy. The bed linen was stinking. The room allocated was a smocking room. Poor service.

Cockroach are found in the room alongwith no breakfast spread as earlier was there, dissatisfied total.

Hotel need serious renovation. Bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty. Water leakages in bathroom and bad smell need to be addressed immediately. Orders for tea, which never came. Morning breakfast was available with only 2 options.

The stay was good but it's just the Staff could have been better even for the Water bottle I had to go out to ask for the telephone was not working

Room was alloted with AC not working..room changed again Wifi was not working... water was not coming ... TV was not working.. Breakfast spread was one of the worst ... poor response from staff also

Property was quit good, great helping staff. Location is near to Metro Station and also Auto are available on the hotel Door without booking. Atmosphere also quite good. Overall I enjoyed the trip.

Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your hotel and was impressed with the overall experience. The location on FC Road is excellent, with easy access to the market area. The staff was friendly and provided good service. However, I noticed a few areas for improvement: - The air conditioning could work better, and a remote control to adjust the temperature would be convenient. - The hot water electric system was appreciated! - I was concerned about the old plastic materials used in some areas, which might not be ideal for health and hygiene. Regular checks would be beneficial. Despite these minor issues, the hotel's positives outweigh its negatives. With some tweaks, it could be even better. Overall, I had a good stay and would consider returning.

Rooms are small than they appear in photos and bathroom are too small like made in some small corridor .. and if you take bath your hand might collide with walls ... And they have made some wooden partitions in between rooms it leads to unwanted sounds coming from side by room people activities.
