The stay was good but it's just the Staff could have been better even for the Water bottle I had to go out to ask for the telephone was not working

Room was alloted with AC not working..room changed again Wifi was not working... water was not coming ... TV was not working.. Breakfast spread was one of the worst ... poor response from staff also

Property was quit good, great helping staff. Location is near to Metro Station and also Auto are available on the hotel Door without booking. Atmosphere also quite good. Overall I enjoyed the trip.

Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your hotel and was impressed with the overall experience. The location on FC Road is excellent, with easy access to the market area. The staff was friendly and provided good service. However, I noticed a few areas for improvement: - The air conditioning could work better, and a remote control to adjust the temperature would be convenient. - The hot water electric system was appreciated! - I was concerned about the old plastic materials used in some areas, which might not be ideal for health and hygiene. Regular checks would be beneficial. Despite these minor issues, the hotel's positives outweigh its negatives. With some tweaks, it could be even better. Overall, I had a good stay and would consider returning.

Rooms are small than they appear in photos and bathroom are too small like made in some small corridor .. and if you take bath your hand might collide with walls ... And they have made some wooden partitions in between rooms it leads to unwanted sounds coming from side by room people activities.

That bald person who doesn’t have manners. the reception staff at this hotel are the single worst part of what was already a terrible stay. I’ve never dealt with people so indifferent, unfriendly, and flat-out rude in all my travels. Whoever’s hiring here clearly just picks names out of a hat labeled “People Who Hate Guests.” From the moment I arrived, the front desk looked annoyed that I even dared walk through the door. No greeting, no smile — just a long sigh followed by “ID?” like I was bothering them. I tried to ask a couple of basic questions about check-out and breakfast times, and the receptionist literally rolled their eyes like I’d asked them to solve world hunger.

there was some leakage issue in the washroom.. it was not cleaned properly… even room was stinking… overall for the cost not a good experience.

Location was center of city but hotel rooms are very poor . very conjusted and lack of cleanness washroom condition are worse
