Very poor response from Make my trip

Smooth check in.. good neat clean rooms.. mini fridge was available. I checked out by 8 . That also was smooth

no clean bed and room, used towels, bedsheet and pillow cover has used one, they are not changing and cleaning

disappointing experience at presidency 1. Unclean Rooms: Despite being told the room was cleaned, I found dust and stains upon arrival. 2. Poor Customer Service: Staff seemed unresponsive to concerns, and issues took hours to resolve. 3. Outdated Amenities: Facilities and amenities felt outdated, lacking modern touches.

It's not value for money. To improve the facilities and things in the room. Recommendation will not be good

Absolutely no involvement by receptionist or workers. You are left free and no one around you. No one to serve coffee or tea in the morning till 9. 30. Not a good experience. Done.

Difficult to find location using google or apple map. Location is good near ksrtc bus stand and service is also good

I really enjoyed the trip and stayed at hotel presidency without any hesitation.

Room was ok but the food is very bad

The hotel doesnt have a proper room service no communication had frequent power failures room service demanded for tip which not welcoming totally the stay was very bad all the necessary items like wifi dental kit soaps are to enquired only then we will be getting it ac cooling was ok kindly help to refund. Photos not available. I need some refund as the stay was not satisfactory. Why no reply. Anything else to be done

Excellent service and staff are so nice to the customers. Overall the stay was awesome

Hotel room is decent and food is good. I appreciate hotel staff for guidance and timely help. i found this location. I heard that the bar is too good but i couldnt get the oppurtunity to visit their bar n restaurant.

The stay was excellent, rooms ànd baghrooms were one of the cleanest we have come across. Staff were excellent, promptly catering to all our needs.

Stayed for a night with family, good clean room, room sevice was excellent, toileteries provided, staffs were helpful l

Room was good. Only issue that i faced was a delay in bringing power back and up. It took 1 to 2 mins. Even though it is a negligible time.

Good place and hygienic. Room service available all the necessary shops are also nearby. So overall good experience
