Booked For An one day stay ....and got a good room ....but room service felt very bad...because inhave ordered lunch on 2pm )phone number and waited almost one hour ....again 3pm called and asked why this much late...they told me they didn’t received any order....also suit room offered jacuzzi not available in that room ...look like just an delux room

Upon booking MMT supplied with GPS location of the hotel by whatsapp. This helped greatly. The room was clean and perfect. The restaurant is available until 10:30pm. They have an extensive menu as well. Overall, a very good hotel stay.

The courtesy extended by the front office staff and the bell boy even though I arrived very late at the property was really heartwarming. The room was neat and tidy and well stocked with the amenities as was mentioned during the booking. 5 stars for the behavior and courtesy of the staff and cleanliness. would highly recommend this for anyone traveling to this locality.

New property, car parking facility is available, clean rooms & nice breakfast, eventhough the food options are less.

The property had limited parking spots , and the room was quite small , it didn’t seem as spacious as shown in the image . And more over the lock the room wasn’t working even when it’s locked from inside it could be opened without the key card, felt bad after spending prepaid amount and when it’s complained they said they will charge the card and it should be fine and when we returned they gave us a card with number 505 when the entire space had just 3 floors. We seriously suspect that any key card can access any rooms no matter what ! But the case just had to sleep at night as we were passing by and late at that night other options won’t be a great idea so we had to stay there !

Well maintained and clean room. The staffs were really nice. If you are planning to stay at Chenganassery, just go for it!
