The power went out around midnight. There was no backup, and no one responded to calls—neither on the landline nor on mobile. Later, I had to check out of the hotel using my mobile phone's torch

The location and facilities were good. The staff was very accommodating and was very helpful. The only improvement suggestion is regarding a small issue we faced regarding a bit of bad smell in the room. Since it was late night we didn’t inform the team to fix it but its a suggestion from our side.

soloPositive: check-in and check out. clean room. Negatives 1. Room service is a big zero. There is nothing called immediate attention. If someone takes the phone it is your lucky day. 2. it is primarily a bar catering to people who are coming to get drunk. other requests for food at restaurant is dealt with half heartedly. 3. I was given room 302 on the 3rd floor. soon after check in the lift was out of order until my check out on 3rd day. Finally, DO NOT RECOMMEND

Uts not a great place to stay. Very minimum facilities. No light in the corridor. Building under construction. First they collected more money than the make my trip invoice and i had to argue with them to fix it.
