Centrally located ok food staff was good accommodate early checkin.....room was good.........food was ok

The room was OK. But the whole hotel reeks of uncleanliness and stench…nobody to take care…nothing much can be done about the parking, as the space is limited

Hai, they complaining that you are booking rooms in their hotel without their permission and giving to us. By that they are facing big loss. So we had to waste a lot of time there to talk to them. It is very disappointing.

Nice location, good stay. Food was very good during dinner. Stay is safe and it is very easy to travel from there to alappuzha and kottayam

1. Waited for 45 minutes to get checked in, due to rooms not being prepared. 2. No complimentary brake-fast provided 3. No room service, no support and suggestions for local travel. Overall it was not worthy

It was a last minute decision to stay overnight and i made the best choice of selecting hotel vani.

Pleasant stay in changanassery at good rates

Reception and room service were excellent. Food quality and taste was good. Location of the hotel is extremely good, centrally located. Room cleanliness also good. House keeping also quite good.
