There is no light in bathroom, room service is terrible too and blanket and bedsheet seems like they are not washed since decade.

It's clearly mention on website that for early checkin you will have to pay extra. You are paying for 1 day and want to stay 1 and half day and wants that hotel will allow you. You should have clear this thing during the booking time itself.

It's good place for middle class family. Staff is friendly and cooperative.

It's very poor hotel. Staff is good but rooms baht gande or badbudaar hai. Family ke saath mat ruke is hotel me. Itne hee price me pachmani me 50 hotels hai jo baht ache ache hai

Worst room experience
Mm t should visit such kind of properties the roof of the room was leaking bed was uncomfortable bed sheets were dirty washroom water jugs were looking like they were not washed in years was dirty owner was arrogant after spending a large amount also we got a dirty place to stay the room had weird mushy kind of smell over all for that price the room was not at all worth it

You should first visit the property then only book the room. Some customers are giving 5 and 4 star review. They are also staying at same hotel. May be you are looking for 5 star facility in low budget

In season time room rates reach to peak so either go directly and book at your choice or if you don't want to search then go for luxurious properties
Terrible experience
I booked and when i saw the room it was exact opposite, everything was dirty including bedsheets. It was a horrible experience i suggest not to choose this one.

Hotel always provides the room category you booked online. It is always suggested to confirm the room category before making the booking.

Money waste hotel
Bathroom is very dirty. Room is up and down. Not clean, wall plaster is fall down, water fall form geyser, tab and pipe. Drinking water is not good. Hot water is available is only morning after request.

If you book the rooms of same category you will get on different floors only. For bathroom cleaning staff is always available in the hotel you can ask them for cleaning. For drinking water it is supplied from government. You can check it from lab anytime. And of-course hot water will be provided in morning only. Geysers cannot be kept open for 24 hours. As they run from electricity. And in winter season hot water provided on request in evening also.

The room was good but lower customer facilities. Good for low price. Go for it.

So small
The space in the room was very very tiny and there were no shower. I asked for shower and he refused to give it. It was rude.

I think you do not understand the hindi. It was clearly told by the Hotel staff that shower facility is not available in the budget room. So Hotel cannot install shower in the washroom at the moment. Just for one customer.

Never ever book this hotel.
The Hotel owner told us that they don't want online bookings as they are booked at cheap rates. We were provided the worst room of our life. There were water droplets dripping in the room from the roof. The room was stinky, full of mosquitoes and was the worst hotel experience of our life. The hotelier refused us to provide another room and treated us very harshly as we did online booking. We also contacted the MMT customer care but didn't get any solution from there as well. Worst experience of our life! Never ever book this Hotel!

Sir we offered you to take the full refund if you dont like the room or Hotel but as you already mentioned you book the Hotel on cheap rates and there is no Hotel available in Pachmarhi even on paying double the amount. You opt to stay in the Hotel. Even next day Hotel offers refund for second day on check out and same was intimated to customer care of company but you choose to continue your stay. The problems faced by you due to unexpected very heavy rainfall in Pachmarhi. It does not matter whether you have book online or offline the condition of all the rooms were same. Next day your room was changed but then also you make complaint for it.
Worst stay
The dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. Dirty smell was all around. Though it is cheap, it is not worth even that amount of money. You will regret staying here. It is better to stay on footpath than to stay at this hotel. There was no electricity around for 6 hours from 10:30 pm to 4 am and we asked if they have a generator they said: "generator kharab ho gaya hai". You can imagine the kind of stay we had.

Its your fault to book the hotel without talking to hotel. About facility and it was suggested to you that check-out the hotel and take the refund if you have any problem in the hotel. But you were not ready as that was the peak season and you booked on the lowest rates possible. if you want luxury then pay high and get facilities. If such low amount you will not services of 2 or 3 star hotel.

Not satisfied facility. And counter management, car parking not satisfied and service boy service is bad, I fined Janar charged in parking 2 star service.

Sir it is already informed you that parking is paid even you not pay the parking fee in advance even after Hotel pay the fine from your Side you had paid only parking fees not fine amount.
