Very bad experience

Room were just OK but not at par with price which we have paid. It was worst experience in hotel, on 29th march we reached 0230 pm hotel and there hotel manager made us to wait for 20 min and told that your rooms are allotted in different property, even we were sure that rooms were in same hotel, even we have called 29th morning itself for confirmation. Finally after 20 minutes he allotted rooms in same hotel. In room TV, intercom and charging point were unserviceable, and even towel (which was
