The entire trip has to be managed by me..Don't expect any service other than Proper food. They are not going help in arrangements if Vehicles for travel ,Jeep Booking ,Entry and permission arrangements . everything has to be done by you or suffer .instead they Overcharge Don't prefer this hotel .. Terrible stay - Avoid this hotel
AVOID. If I could give zero stars, I would. Extremely disappointing experience. The staff were rude and unwelcoming from the start. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work, and the entire room had a strong stench of smoke and toilet – absolutely unbearable. The hygiene standards were shockingly poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Best location near market & easy to approach, best staff behaviour & service. Only one improvement required - lift was not working, going to the 3rd floor becomes a little hard without lift. Hotel smells bad, the in-house restaurant kitchen smells through out all the floors of hotel ,lift not working,office staff is rude.

Good hotel overall
Rooms are good and food in restaurant is also good. Hospitality is good. But lift was defunct. My room was at 4th floor. I and my family had to use stairs to reach the room every time. that was very tiresome.

Nice experience, good food, in main market
It was a nice experience. The food and breakfast here was really nice. The hotel is in main market and have easy access to all shops and cafes

groupIntercom didn’t work. Tv didn’t work. No soap and towels provided. No water bottles were kept. No wifi on the floor. Most horrible hotel experience of my life

familyThe property is located at the centre of pachmarhi. All tourist spots are closely located. The rooms and washrooms though are very small as compared to views given photos. The food at guff restaurant on ground floor was good.

The hotel was good but room was too small, the telephone was not working and there was TV was not working as well

The rooms are not at all as per room rent. Service was very poor. We will not recommend anyone at this charges. Room quality is bad.

Water leakage was there in room
familyWater was dropping from ceiling, it was very poor experience. I never recommend any tourist to stay in this property, management was never responsive. There was not enough staff members, room cleanliness was poorly terrific. Please don't stay this property.

room was not clean.Things are vulnerable in the room
cleaniness should be taken care. They dont have their own parking.we need to pay for the parking
