Property is good and room was also good and their washrooms are also neat and cleaned. Staffs are also familiar and good behaviour towards guests. Actually i dont know about food bcz that thing i didn’t order and but still that services i need they full-fill with proper way!

The room was not clean, room service was pathetic, they also not provided any things like shop or shampoo, the balcony of our room was all so dirty i was clicked few pictures of them, they need to improve a lot of things

I am Hotel Himalaya manager Anurag Kevat Prince Rai sir cheated with the hotel Prince Rai was checking out when we found one thing in the hotel room so we checked his bag then we found that thing in his bag after that Prince Rai He abused the manager and then sir wrongly posted this review on Google, MakeMyTrip and Goibibo.

Booking was done and payment was also done 1) room was not booked 2) room service was not there 3) no vehicle parking space for guest pay and park your vehicle 4) welcome kit provided after asking 5) lots of mosquitoes for welcome in room 6) employees was not so cooperative 7) bathroom was clean but hot water was limited in some room no hot water for bathing 8) tv on wifi but not working 9) wifi was not working 10) room not cleaned on 2nd day staying

Facilities
The room was not that was shown in the photo. Even they have appropriate washroom. After 30min-1 he of discussion at night, they shifted us to a nearby hotel in which proper washroom was there. But then, they don't have towels/napkins for the second day. There were cockroach in the room. Etc.

Services need to improve
Hotel is good, rooms are good. But please before checkin ensure that rooms are clean. Rooms were not clean, hot water was not available. Although hotel is good for stay for small groups and couples.

The location of this property is in the city and you need to struggle a bit to get in there i did not tried the food in the hotel but i have reviewed the menu card of the hotel and it has quite of you items listed the hygiene of the hotel was okay it was clean but it was not something that would impress me. The service was okay i asked the counter person that we channels are on the tata sky dish they told me that i need to find that and i couldn't tell me that. Otherwise all good
