Location 4/5- very good, near to railway station. Room 1/5 - cozy and very small. Room clealiness was poor. Mattress was uncomfortable. Bathroom 4/5 Staff 4/5

Room Quality: Very small room with poor standards, not worth the price. Food: Had lunch at the hotel, but it was oily, lacked taste, and did not match the cost. The dining area was also not hygienic. Service: Even after booking online, they charged extra for breakfast. Overall Experience: Neither the room nor the food was up to the expected standard for the price paid. Would not recommend this place to others.

Hotel staff was very gentle and good...good service..Outside food is not allowed in this hotel but you won't need it, they have a good food service in house.neat and clean hotel.Will book again in future while visiting Nagpur.

Hotel was very unhygienic linens were not clean. Leakage was there in washroom

Ac was not working properly. Only one a loo parantha was given in breakfast. No buffet breakfast was available. Why it was not mentioned while booking on mm t that only one single parantha will be given in breakfast. This is how you are cheating.

Very neat and clean room. The staff service was very quick and apart from this food was also yummy. You can order food from outside too. Comfortable & safe to stay.

The hotel was terribly dreadful. The actual situation contradicted the photos displayed in there booking site. Since I had gone to check in late night (and already paid in advance) couldn't withdrew. I have photos taken during my stay which I can share to make mytrip. People should not be cheated like this.

"This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of Nagpuras well as to the train station.

Location is good as it is in a walkable distance from the Nagpur Junction railway station. Rooms need to be maintained more cleanly. Room service is pathetic. Behaviour at the reception needs to be improved a lot. Problems with cleanliness especially with the washrooms. Bed sheets and pillows looks tidy. Anyway an average property.

Overall good.
