I have to wait for approx 45 minutes to check in..and it was not early check in, firstly they said audit is going on so you have to wait for checkin..then they said maintenance is going on. After check in when I called for tv not working, no one bother to come and check, till the checkout. Lastly they ask for your mobile to entry feedback themself. Room was clean but small

आपके यहाँ की व्यवस्था बहुत ही खराब थी,पहली बात तो महंगा है और महंगा होने के बाद टेबल में पानी तक नही ठौर बेल देने पर एक घंटे बाद कोई आता ह4,आपकी चाय 25 रु की थी पर किसी काम की नहीं थी,दो लोग थे तो 2 तरह के कप में चाय आई कप भी बहुत गंदे थे,आपके यहाँ का बाथरूम भी साफ नही था,मेरा कमरा ऑनलाइन बुक था उसके बाद भी सुबह 8 बजे पहुँचने पर 350 रु अधिक लिया गया,अब दुबारा कभी न आयेंगे और न किसी को जाने के लिए सलाह देंगे,बिल माँगने पर नहीं दिया गया,वैसे तो आपकी व्यवस्था के खिलाफ कोर्ट में शिकायत करनी चाहिए पर न करेंगे वैसे गाहक को सहूलियत देना आपकी जबाबदारी बनती है क्योंकि ,,,

Stay was nice and affordable, but one thing i didn't like when I was checking out the receptionist asked me to give my phone to him so that he can give 5 star rating to their own hotel. What kind of logic is behind this, who's the customer and who's supposed to give the review? The nice thing he could have done that to request the customer to give 5 star rating if you actually likes the stay. I felt forceful, that's all.. otherwise everything was good and they maintained good hygiene overall experience was nice
