Service is worst and no breakfast tv remote no cell. Cockroaches in room. Smelling in room .

Poor Stay
I didn't have a good experience. There were no intercom in rooms. Ac remote were not available in room. When asked i was provided with non working ac remote. No variety available in breakfast. Inhouse restaurant is not offering quality food. Terrible experience

familyRoom is small and no parking. We has room on second floor and testo bar was in first floor and due to loud music not able to sleep

Well maintained
groupEconomy and well maintained, we came from bangalore to nagpur. Good hospitality. Location is near higgway and reachable from airport. Food prices are little high.

I had not got water also on the day i checked for 4 hrs after reminders. Fan was not working. Phone in room was not working. Did not get breakfast. Overall worst experience

Water heater settings bad. Electric switches out of place. Early check in or late check out request not honoured. Didn't provide dental kit, and related stuff even after repeated reminders. Staff is courteous. Heavy music noise till late night keeps peace at bay

Some Days Ago We Stayed Here, & • Seen The Room Was UnCleaned They Clean It After Half Hours ( We Reached Here After 3 Hours Of Check-in Time) Then Seen,Staff Behaviour Was Terrible , AC Not Properly Working, Washroom Was Properly not Cleaned , Third Class Service, They Give You A Single 500ml Bottle As A Complementary 😂 ,Breakfast Serve After Hours ,TV Didn't Working, Worthless, Money Waste,Etc At The End Everything Was Terrible...!!! businessHotel is very badly maintained and lacks hygiene. Cockroaches running every where in room. Used pillow covers dirty linens, I had ask them to replace. Staff attitude very casual, no human touch. I requested them to provide some blanket to my driver who was sleeping in car but they refused. Water in bathroom was just dripping from tap instead full flow when water heater is on. Overall totally disappointing experience.

Poor Stay
i would personally suggest that don't book this hotel...it's like waste of money...i booked a room with king size bed but I was offered a room with corporate twin bed ...and when I asked for room change the receptionist told me that sir we have available only this room and you have booked this so room can not be change ...also I asked him to send some water bottle he was like sir water bottles are complimentary and only one bottle of 500.00 ml can be provided...I was shocked...which hotel provides water as a complimentary, if you book a hotel for almost Rs3200/- per night and they were not able to provide you atleast one liter bottle...also their TV was not working for 2 days they promised me that they will fix it next day but, they don't...again intercom telephone was not available in the room...then no facility of continuous hot water, you have to pn geyser....then very few 1-2 options for breakfast....i will never gonna book this hotel in future
